Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

high-asset divorce property division. I've been dealing with this for about 3 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have already consulted briefly with a lawyer but got conflicting advice.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?

Been there. Here's what I learned.

Here's where people usually go wrong is escalating to a supervisor/manager. I'd recommend following the formal complaint procedure instead.

So basically been there. Here's what I learned.

I ended up having everything documented, which cost about $3-6 but saved me a lot more in the long run....

I keep hearing about cases like this.

What worked for me was hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. It took 2-4 months but was worth it.

Yeah have you tried reaching out to your state's attorney general? They sometimes have free resources or mediation services sadly.

Just want to point out — the statute of limitations might be a factor here. In some states it's as short as 1-2 years. Don't sit on this too long.
