So frustrated with payPal Amazon suspended my seller account: Dispute Resolution right now

Tbh i've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

Amazon suspended my seller account. I've been dealing with this for about 5 weeks now and the situation isn't improving smh.

The amount being held/disputed is approximately $1,438. I have tried contacting their legal department 6 times with no resolution.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?
