Amazon seller copying my product listing. I've been dealing with this for about 9 months now and teh situation isn't improving.

This involves original creative work over the past 16 months. I do have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?

A lot of people mess up by is escalating to a supervisor/manager. I'd recommend following the formal complaint procedure instead imo.
