Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.
NDA prevents me from getting new job. I've been dealing with this for about 12 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.
The contract was signed 12 months ago. I am not sure I have the original signed copy. The total amount in dispute is approximately $90,000 fwiw.
Should I hire a lawyer for this or try to handle it myself?
