Looking for advice on a legal issue. Here's what happened.
gym won't let me cancel membership. I've been dealing with this for about 7 months now and the situation isn't improving.
The contract was signed 22 months ago. I have a copy of the original agreement. The total amount in dispute is approximately $113,000.
What are the risks if I pursue this? What's the likely timeline?
