LLC Operating Agreement — S-Corp election deadline missed

Fwiw has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

S-Corp election deadline missed. I've been dealing with this for about 4 weeks now and the situation isn't improving honestly.

I have already tried to resolve this directly but did not get a clear answer.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

I dragged my feet on getting legal advice and it cost me. Don't be like me lol

Tbh nAL, but from what I've read, you should file a complaint. Of course the details matter a lot here tbh.
