Quick background on my situation — any input appreciated.

warranty claim denied on technicality. I've been dealing with this for about 12 months now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 21 months ago. I have a copy of the original agreement. The total amount in dispute is approximately $113,000.

What are the risks if I pursue this? What's the likely timeline?
