Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

SaaS provider changed terms unilaterally. I've been dealing with this for about 5 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 22 months ago. I am not sure I have the original signed copy. The total amount in dispute is approximately $134,000.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?

This happened to me too. Have you tried filing a complaint with the relevant agency? In my case they investigated and it got resolved without needing a lawyer.

NAL, but from what I've read, you should file a complaint. That said, definitely get a lawyer to look at the specifics.
