Quick background on my situation — any input appreciated.

auto-renewal trapped me in 3-year deal. I've been dealing with this for about 13 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 12 months ago. I have a copy of the original agreement. The total amount in dispute is approximately $107,000.

Am I overthinking this or is this a real legal issue worth pursuing?

I ended up escalating to a supervisor/manager, which cost about $1-3 but saved me a lot more in the long run.

Have you tried reaching out to your state's legal aid society? They sometimes have free resources or mediation services.
