Looking for advice on a legal issue. Here's what happened.

gym won't let me cancel membership. I've been dealing with this for about 8 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 11 months ago. I am not sure I have the original signed copy. The total amount in dispute is approximately $101,000.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?

This happened to me too. Have you tried filing a complaint with the relevant agency? In my case they investigated and it got resolved without needing a lawyer.
