Anyone here gone through foreclosure after modification denied?

foreclosure after modification denied. I've been dealing with this for about 8 weeks now and the situation isn't improving 🤷.

I have been in this property for 4 years. My monthly rent is $2,913. I have a written lease.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

This happened to me too. Have you tried filing a complaint with the relevant agency? In my case they investigated and it got resolved without needing a lawyer.

Not gonna lie which is wild, this comes up a lot.

The #1 mistake I see here is hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. I'd recommend being patient with the process instead imo.
