I'm dealing with a situation and need some guidance....
auto-renewal trapped me in 3-year deal. I've been dealing with this for about 15 weeks now and teh situation isn't improving.
The contract was signed 7 months ago. I have a copy of the original agreement. The total amount in dispute is approximately $56,000.
What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?
