Lease Issue: title issue discovered after closing

Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

title issue discovered after closing. I've been dealing with this for about 13 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have been renting for 1 years. My monthly rent is $963. We are on a month-to-month now.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?
