I can't believe subscription impossible to cancel is even legal

subscription impossible to cancel. I've been dealing with this for about 16 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 24 months ago. I have a copy of the original agreement. The total amount in dispute is approximately $56,000.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

I went through almost the exact same thing.

What worked for me was hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. It took 2-4 months but was worth it.

I work in this industry and unfortunately this is very common. The good news is that when people actually push back with legal representation or something like that, companies usually settle fwiw.
