I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

software license audit threat. I've been dealing with this for about 6 months now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 8 months ago. I have a copy of the original agreement. The total amount in dispute is approximately $96,000.

What are the risks if I pursue this? What's the likely timeline?

Literally had this conversation with my lawyer last month.

In my case, it took about 1-3 months to resolve. The key was escalating to a supervisor/manager.

Look, nAL, but from what I've read, you should send a written demand. But yeah, have someone look at your specific situation.

Look, nAL, but from what I've read, you should send a written demand. That said every case is different so take this with a grain of salt.

Went through this 6 months ago. My advice: be persistent but professional. Companies count on you giving up. Send follow-up letters every 2 weeks, reference your original complaint, and escalate to a supervisor each time. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.
