Foreclosure Question | title issue discovered after closing

Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

title issue discovered after closing. I've been dealing with this for about 3 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have been renting for 6 years. My monthly rent is $2,252. I have a written lease.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

This happened to me too. Have you tried filing a complaint with the relevant agency? In my case they investigated and it got resolved without needing a lawyer.
