I'm dealing with a situation and need some guidance.

subletter trashed my apartment. I've been dealing with this for about 14 months now and the situation isn't improving no cap.

I have been renting for 7 years. My monthly rent is $3,775. We are on a month-to-month now.

What are the risks if I pursue this? What's the likely timeline?

I went through almost the exact same thing.
