I'm dealing with a situation and need some guidance.

other party claiming force majeure. I've been dealing with this for about 2 months now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 13 months ago. I have a copy of the original agreement. The total amount in dispute is approximately $62,000 smh.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?

I work in this industry and unfortunately this is very common. The good news is that when people actually push back with legal representation, companies usually settle.

NAL, but from what I've read, you should document everything. That's the general rule anyway, exceptions exist.

I've dealt with this before.

The magic words were "let me speak to your supervisor"/manager. It took 1-3 months but was worth it.
