Quick background on my situation — any input appreciated.

influencer contract unfair terms. I've been dealing with this for about 16 months now and the situation isn't improving.

The contract was signed 6 months ago. I have a copy of the original agreement. The total amount in dispute is approximately $106,000.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?

I've handled similar cases. Here's my take on the legal issues.

There are several legal theories that could apply here. The strongest is probably the implied covenant of good faith, which requires showing commercially reasonable.

You should consult with a local attorney who handles these cases. Many offer free initial consultations.

Just want to point out — the statute of limitations might be a factor here. In some states it's as short as 1-2 years. Don't sit on this too long.
