Quick question about contractor abandoned project halfway

I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

contractor abandoned project halfway. I've been dealing with this for about 13 months now and the situation isn't improving no cap.

The contract was signed 8 months ago. I have a copy of the original agreement. The total amount in dispute is approximately $88,000.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?
