I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

landlord entering without notice. I've been dealing with this for about 14 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have been in this property for 6 years. My monthly rent is $3,730. I have a written lease.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

I specialize in this area of law. Here's my take on the legal issues.

This is a common situation and the law is fairly clear. Under state landlord-tenant code, in violation of notice requirements.

The practical consideration here is cost vs. potential recovery. For disputes under $10K, small claims court is often the best route.
