Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.
foreclosure after modification denied. I've been dealing with this for about 11 months now and the situation isn't improving.
I have been in this property for 1 years. My monthly rent is $3,303. I have a written lease.
What's the typical outcome in situations like this?
