I'm in a difficult situation and trying to figure out my next steps.

merchant account terminated without explanation. I've been dealing with this for about 15 weeks now and the situation isn't improving haha.

The amount being held/disputed is approximately $10,516. I have tried contacting customer support 5 times with no resolution.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

This happened to me too. Have you tried filing a complaint with the relevant agency? In my case they investigated and it got resolved without needing a lawyer.

Dealt with this exact thing last year.

The #1 mistake I see here is filing with the appropriate government agency. I'd recommend gathering evidence first instead.

The key with frozen funds is to provide exactly what they ask for and nothing more. Over-explaining or providing unsolicited documents can actually delay the review process.
