Debt Collection Dispute — Apple Pay dispute with merchant

Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

Apple Pay dispute with merchant. I've been dealing with this for about 11 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

The amount being held/disputed is approximately $49,230. I have tried contacting their legal department 5 times with no resolution.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?

The biggest mistake people make in this situation is escalating to a supervisor/manager. I'd recommend following the formal complaint procedure instead.
