Sorry for the wall of text. Ok so looking for advice on a legal issue. Here's what happened.

bank won't reverse wire transfer. I've been dealing with this for about 10 months now and the situation isn't improving no cap.

The amount being held/disputed is approximately $35,696. I have tried contacting customer support 8 times with no resolution.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?
