I'm dealing with a situation and need some guidance.

contractor left job incomplete. I've been dealing with this for about 15 weeks now and the situation isn't improving lol.

I have already tried to resolve this directly but did not get a clear answer.

Has anyone been through something similar? What worked for you?

I see this constantly on this sub.

Here's where people usually go wrong is hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. I'd recommend being patient with the process instead.

Dealt with this exact thing last year.

In my case, it took about 1-3 months to resolve. The key was escalating to a supervisor/manager.

Been there. Here's what I learned.

I ended up escalating to a supervisor/manager, which cost about $1-3 but saved me a lot more in the long run.
