I'm in a difficult situation and trying to figure out my next steps....

convertible note maturity extension. I've been dealing with this for about 10 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

I have already done some research online but the other party is not cooperating.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?

I went through almost the exact same thing.

What worked for me was filing with the appropriate government agency. It took 4-8 months but was worth it.

Important to note: statutes of limitations vary by state. In California it's generally 4 years for written contracts and 2 years for oral contracts. Don't wait too long to take action or you might be time-barred.
