Not gonna lie, i've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

409A valuation for option grants. I've been dealing with this for about 7 months now and the situation isn't improving fr fr.

I have already done some research online but the other party is not cooperating.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?

Quick update on my situation: filed a complaint with the state attorney general's office and got a response within 10 days. They opened an investigation and the company suddenly became very cooperative. Sometimes regulatory pressure works faster than litigation.
