Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

foreclosure after modification denied. I've been dealing with this for about 13 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have been in this property for 1 years. My monthly rent is $1,761. I have a written lease.

What are the risks if I pursue this? What's the likely timeline?
