Real talk: quick background on my situation — any input appreciated.

postnup after infidelity. I've been dealing with this for about 15 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

I have already done some research online but did not get a clear answer fwiw.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?

NAL, but from what I've read, you should document everything. Standard disclaimer: talk to an actual attorney for your case.

NAL, but from what I've read, you should file a complaint. But honestly you should verify this with someone who knows your state's laws.

I specialize in this area of law. Here's my take on the legal issues.

The legal framework here involves both federal and state law. At the federal level, the relevant statute. Your state may provide additional protections.

I'd recommend documenting everything in writing from this point forward. Keep copies of all communications.

I went through almost the exact same thing.

Here's where people usually go wrong is hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. I'd recommend being patient with the process instead.

I mean been there. Here's what I learned.

I ended up escalating to a supervisor/manager, which cost about $1-3 but saved me a lot more in teh long run haha.

Following this thread — This is eerily similar to what I'm dealing with. Keep us posted?

Been there. Here's what I learned.

What worked for me was filing with the appropriate government agency. It took 4-8 months but was worth it.

Similar thing happened to me. The attorney I spoke with laid out options I didn't even know existed.

Not a lawyer, but I have direct experience with this.
