Looking for advice on a legal issue. Here's what happened.

crypto exchange froze my withdrawal. I've been dealing with this for about 9 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

The amount being held/disputed is approximately $23,255. I have tried contacting their legal department 6 times with no resolution.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?

I've dealt with this before.

The magic words were "let me speak to your supervisor"/manager. It took 1-3 months but was worth it.
