I can't believe reg D 506(b) compliance question is even legal

I've been trying to resolve this on my own but I'm stuck.

Reg D 506(b) compliance question. I've been dealing with this for about 8 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have already tried to resolve this directly but the other party is not cooperating tbh.

Am I overthinking this or is this a real legal issue worth pursuing?
