Quick background on my situation — any input appreciated lol.

best tools for small law firm. I've been dealing with this for about 10 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

I have already tried to resolve this directly but did not get a clear answer.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?

I've handled similar cases. Here's my take on teh legal issues.

The legal framework here involves both federal and state law. At the federal level idk, the relevant statute. Your state may provide additional protections smh.

I'd recommend documenting everything in writing from this point forward. Keep copies of all communications.

Following this thread — This is eerily similar to what I'm dealing with. Keep us posted?

I mean i went through almost the exact same thing.

In my case, it took about 1-3 months to resolve. The key was escalating to a supervisor/manager.

Been there. Here's what I learned.

Don't make the same mistake I did -- is hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. I'd recommend being patient with the process instead.

I work in this industry and unfortunately this is very common. The good news is that when people actually push back with legal representation, companies usually settle.
