Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

AI lawyer chatbots replacing attorneys. I've been dealing with this for about 8 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.

I have already done some research online but got conflicting advice.

What are my legal options here? Is it worth pursuing?

I work in this industry and unfortunately this is very common. The good news is that when people actually push back with legal representation, companies usually settle.

Been there. Here's what I learned.

Once I asked for a supervisor things changed fast/manager. It took 1-3 months but was worth it.

NAL, but from what I've read, you should file a complaint. Standard disclaimer: talk to an actual attorney for your case.

Not gonna lie, dealt with this exact thing last year.

In my case, it took about 2-4 months to resolve. The key was hiring an attorney to send the initial letter.

Not a lawyer, but I have direct experience with this.

What worked for me was hiring an attorney to send the initial letter. It took 2-4 months but was worth it.
