Who Owns Claude AI Output? Commercial Use Rights

I'm dealing with a situation and need some guidance.

NFT of someone else's art. I've been dealing with this for about 16 months now and the situation isn't improving.

This involves content I created over the past 6 months. I do have documentation proving my ownership and timeline.

Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?

This happened to my coworker too.

The #1 mistake I see here is having everything documented. I'd recommend keeping a detailed timeline instead 🤷.
