fBAR filing for offshore accounts situation

Has anyone dealt with something like this? I'm not sure what my options are.

FBAR filing for offshore accounts. I've been dealing with this for about 14 months now and the situation isn't improving.

I have already consulted briefly with a lawyer but did not get a clear answer.

What's the typical outcome in situations like this?

I went through almost the exact same thing.

I ended up escalating to a supervisor/manager, which cost about $1-3 but saved me a lot more in the long run.
