The U.S. Department of Labor issued new disclosure regulations under Section 408(b)(2) of The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Retirement plan participants must be told, no later than May 31, exactly how much they pay each quarter for their 401(k) plan.
