Francesco Schettino, captain of the Italian cruise liner Costa Concordia that ran aground off the coast of Tuscany, has been arrested. The charges include suspicion of multiple manslaughter, causing a shipwreck and abandoning ship. The shipwreck has left least three people dead and dozens still unaccounted for.
